Dr. Robinson is the leading global authority on Mental Fitness, a concept she pioneered. As a consulting psychologist, author, and speaker, she is the Founder and CEO of the Applied Positive Psychology Learning Institute (Appli) and Managing Director of the Positive Psychology Institute.
With a PhD in Positive Psychology focusing on Mental Fitness, Paula has developed numerous strategic programmes for government, private organisations, and schools. She is an internationally sought-after speaker, having presented in nine countries and worked with over 300 schools on Positive Education initiatives.
Paula is the Australian representative for the International Positive Education Network and a fellow and lecturer for institutions including the University of Wollongong and Melbourne University’s Graduate School of Education. Her successful first book, "Practising Positive Education," is now in its second edition.
